We design our products made to order, which means that we don't keep pre-made furniture in stock. Instead, each piece is crafted specifically for individual clients.
All of our products are made by professionals in the steel, aluminum and powder coating industries in The Netherlands to support a local and sustainable production process.
You will receive your order in approximately 6-8 weeks.
All of our products are shipped with KDZ Express, which is a leading logistics carrier. Your parcel will be delivered to the curbside. As some objects can be heavy, we recommend having assistance available during the delivery. Please keep the protective wrapping intact until you have the object in its designated place to prevent any damages.
Currently, we only ship to countries located within the European Union as well as Switzerland. We do not charge shipping costs.
When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a tracking number which allows you to conveniently track your package at www.kdz.nl.
No, we only accept full payment for orders.
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfers.
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours after receiving your order confirmation email. Please contact us at info@klip.design with the subject line "Cancel Order" and include your order reference number in the email.
If your object arrives damaged, please contact us at info@klip.design and include images of the damage in your email.
